ATLANTA – (September 23, 2014) Several large events are taking place downtown the weekend of September 26-28, including the Outkast #ATLast concerts in Centennial Olympic Park, the ASIS opening reception in the Georgia World Congress Center, and the Garth Brooks concerts in Philips Arena. With the increased number of downtown visitors, attendees are encouraged to take MARTA, or if driving, purchase parking passes online in advance.

The 60th Annual ASIS International Seminar and Exhibits is from September 27-October 2 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Buildings A, B, and C. Across the street at Philips Arena, there will be two Garth Brooks shows from September 26-27 with Friday and Saturday performances at 7:30pm. For more information, visit www.philipsarena.com. Take MARTA Attendees are encouraged to take MARTA to minimize traffic. MARTA offers free daily parking at 23 of its stations. The Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena/CNN Center Station is located on the Georgia World Congress Center Authority campus, and fare is $2.50 each way.
