Training/Accreditation

IMG_5620As a problem-solving department, the agency implements a continual training regimen to improve competency and preparedness for our staff. The Georgia World Congress Center Authority Department of Public Safety Training and Standards Division is responsible for drafting, implementing, and evaluating training for all Public Safety staff. An emphasis is placed on high-liability topics as well as high-liability/low-frequency skills to continuously improve operational readiness.

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority Department of Public Safety Police Department is accredited by the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police.
