Focal Point: GWCCA releases 2018 annual report

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is one of Georgia’s greatest assets for economic growth and tourism, and it’s easy to see why in our fiscal year 2018 annual report (July 2017 – June 2018) entitled Focal Point.

It is both a review and a celebration of our many accomplishments as well as a glimpse at the many initiatives across our campus, including our Andrew Young International Boulevard master plan, that will solidify our economic prowess for decades to come.

You’ll read how our 2020 Vision strategic plan is ensuring our facilities are prepared for the future and how the recent Centennial Olympic Park capital improvements assure that downtown’s largest public greenspace will continue to enhance the quality of life in the Atlanta area.

GWCCA’s brand service promise is to consistently create compelling guest experiences and we continue to deliver on this promise day in, day out. During the last fiscal  year, learn how we implemented a program to monitor and improve every key moment along the customer journey.

It’s an exciting time at the Authority and we hope you enjoy learning more about why we’re the No. 1 convention, entertainment and sports destination in the world.
