Building champions on the team and in our community

The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is striving to build champions throughout our campus and community. We are working towards this goal by implementing programming to develop the workforce, support diverse businesses, and contribute resources to the community. We want everyone to feel empowered to be their truest selves and seek their highest potential.

Developing our workforce

Our culture encourages diverse, inclusive collaboration and fosters an environment of appreciation and recognition. We provide learning and development opportunities for our team members to support their individual growth and identity.

Supporting diverse businesses

As a key driver for Georgia’s economy and a leader in the event industry, we believe we have a responsibility to extend our support of diversity beyond our campus. We’re committed to generating beneficial partnerships with diverse businesses, minority suppliers, and educational institutions.

Contributing to our community

We have the amazing opportunity to be located in the heart of Atlanta’s thriving downtown community which offers people the ability to gather, connect, and learn from each other. We are committed to supporting and strengthen the surrounding communities, to cultivate a sense of belonging and enhance the quality of life for all Georgians.
