unConventional rises like a Phoenix at public relations awards show

You are reading an award-winning blog.

No fooling, unConventional, which was launched by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority’s (GWCCA) Marketing and Communications team in March 2018, has won its first industry award.

The competition was tremendous and fierce – with as little as a couple of points separating the top entries in many categories. The judges – from the Richmond (Virginia) Chapter of PRSA – ultimately named the 125 finalists that we’ll reveal tonight, with 63 Phoenix Awards and 62 Awards of Excellence.”

These two PRSA awards cap off a flurry of industry accolades the GWCCA MarComm team has racked up in 2019.
