Public Safety
From patrolling the campus and surrounding areas to enforcing ordinances and laws to crowd control and ensuring guests get where they’re going safely, our GWCCA Public Safety team plays a key role in the daily operation of the Authority. The team also serves as frontline ambassadors with the surrounding community and business partners. This team is dedicated to protecting and serving the No. 1 convention, sports and entertainment destination in the world.
Campus Operations (Facility Management/ Operations Management/Project Management )
The development and upkeep of the #1 convention, sports, and entertainment destination in the world is no simple task, but our Campus Operations team makes it look easy. Whether setting up a large banquet hall, keeping the AC units running, beautifying the exterior of our campus, or managing the next expansion project, our skilled team members are the frontline to ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Corporate Services (Human Resources/Communications/Business Office)
Supporting the #1 convention, sports, and entertainment destination in the world are teams committed to the efficient and dynamic operation of the Authority. You can find these team members recruiting talent at job fairs, leading dynamic training sessions, managing video shoots, live tweeting from events, or in budget meetings strategically planning for 2025 and beyond.
Client Services (Event Services, Guest Services, Sales)
Identifying the perfect venue for an event, anticipating and taking care of every customer need, and welcoming guests with a warm smile are what sets our Client Services team apart from the competition. While every Authority team member serves as an ambassador, these teams lead the charge in making a lasting impression on those who visit the #1 convention, sports, and entertainment destination in the world.
Food Services
Comprised of some of the industry’s most renowned chefs, banquet managers, sales executives, bartenders and serving professionals, our Food Services team is responsible for surprising and delighting our guests with the latest culinary trends infused with a bit of Southern flare.
